Selle Italia - just for creating the first Flite Ti, a superlight saddle that was ALL day comfy, for me at least.

Raleigh - for giving many of us our first experience of cycling and at one producing so many bikes that they didn't have to bother with new tool standards.

Koobi - essentially a one-man band as far as I can tell (their stuff is made by Selle Italia). They do anatomic split saddles that are well comfy, quite light, not ruinously pricey and free of gimmickry. And they sent me some free socks and gave me a $10 discount when I ordered one from the States and sent them a nice "keep up the good work" message.
