I put a CD into a computer once a week. Band recordings from a CD deck. It's a right bastard and I hate it.

Computer makes loads of sense in terms of cooling. Some people spend huge amounts on special fans or water cooling.

Just having it out in the open wouldn't make that much difference really. Not enough to be as effective as water cooling or special fans anyway.
I think the point is that it's space saving and easier to upgrade/change out parts.
You really think someone could stay in the air for that long? Also it would only work if the train was under a shit load of acceleration.
