launched it a good 20 foot by booting it in the chest wearing steel toe caps. The goose didn't even slow down
Geese are well padded; you have to hunt them with #4 buck shot because they are impervious to #7 bird shot

Had that book on a shelf for over 10 years. I need to read it urgently if it's that much fun!

Oh, my bad. My brain was saying ‘car driver’ every time it read ‘dog’.

I’m sure he’d be devastated to ram his arm down a dog’s throat wearing the spectacular jumper he’s wearing on the cover.

I’m kinda disappointed that an octopus isn’t included on the animal fight list. With just your bare hands you wouldn’t stand a chance against those squishy Uber-morphable critters.

I would like to see stats of animal vs. animal included in this, like large dog vs. kangaroo, or elephant vs. grizzly bear..

Or a honey badger vs just about anything.

Obligatory honey badger after a scrap with a porcupine picture

That’s a really good point, the octopus; every one knows about it but no one talks about it. One of the problems is even if you chop one his multiple tentacles then it grows back and he ca still use all the spare ones. He is an intelligent creature down there in the abyss with all his creepy thoughts. I m always around sniffing for the octopus, anyway I have patience. Bring him on the surface is the aim.
And stories like this are why geese think they’re tougher than we are.
