I had to get the info from the Belfast library... it may be on your local library page.
They make you signup for a "virtual services" account for the library, this gives you access to the magazines.

Does it let you log in?
If so just checkout what you want, tick the box each time for notifications.
Go to the app, log in and pull through your mags.If it doesn't let you log in, you probably need to make sure you have an account set up. Check the online magazines section of your local London library website for info.
