70 for green and white tea, 95 for oolong and boiling for black, is what I would recommend.

I've been working with some tea producers recently and I learnt that temps and infusion times for tea can range from 40C to 90C and 1min to 3min or more. Mostly it's about experimenting and seeing what tastes best, while understanding what happens to the leaves during the picking/drying/oxidising/rolling stages. Also that ISO stuff seems like weird out of date nonsense.
