Very lemony in particular places apparently. I got lumped with the leg so can't comment. I christened the dish 'Dolly Parton Lemon Chicken' anyway.
After much consideration i've decided to re-christen it 'Post-Op Chicken'.
I can't believe I've made it to my age without seeing this done until on the meme thread of a Sunday.
