I love this for so many reasons.

1. Meme defintion: An image, video, etc. that is passed electronically from one Internet user to another.
   

It takes a little bit more than that. Mutability is key; if there is a rush of potatochops of that image with other diners, or a series of copycats posting similar images (e.g. breast feeding while doing some other task), it will be come a meme. Alternatively, you could have used that image as a base for an existing meme, e.g. "Deal with it" "They see me rollin" "Victory baby" etc. One image which hasn't produced mutant variants and doesn't reference any pre-existing meme isn't a meme.

Arguing in the memes thread, on the other hand, is a meme :-)

Pony's meme was a shit meme, my only criticism is the cracking up bit, but it is a meme, in some places NSFW, and it is being shared on other sites, which only adds to it's meme worthiness.
