How about labelling her a whore because she uses sex to get money? It's largely an honourable profession, and she's really good at it, but there is a right word for it and your squeamishness won't change that.

A lot of sex workers that aren't directly coerced into going on the game still have pretty serious mental health issues and dependancy problems. Those women aren't buying up Range Rovers and property in west London with their earnings.
