^Putting sugar in is bad enough, but sugar in before water is just wrong.

I have maybe a quarter of a spoon of sugar, and what's so bad about sugar before water?

+1
Sugar goes in after tea bag comes out.

Why? The only reason I put milk in after water is to judge the correct amount. With sugar the measurement stays the same so there's no need to put it in later on.
-
• #15936
The tea bag retains some sugar so it will change the amount.
Milk should be added first to create an emulsion rather after and creating a mix.

Makes no sense to me. Amount of milk is judged by colour of tea/coffee.
