This. My stomach actually sinks when I hear my phone ring. Part of it, I'm sure, is the shock of it making a sound, but I almost never answer calls from unknown numbers unless I'm expecting one, and friends often complain about that - I've had texts from people saying "it's me on my work number, pick up."

On the phone thing, i noticed today that the more important the call the more lightly I am to do it. I also swing my legs in long striding walks too. I've also taken to going into the biggest most empty room in my house to give me more room to manoeuvre on the phone.
