Having had a think, I might be overly competitive and bring the track iron along. I'm assuming that there will be a decent run out for those running large gears brakeless?

Will have directions up later in the week in the original post.
The alternative being meet up outside the Cat and Mutton at 6:30 with someone guiding through to where its running from.
Stuff needed: glass jars, tea lights, 2 x clip boards, stop watch (have one but would be good to have a second) and a few glow sticks (or advice on where to get them cheap preferably around Camden area). If you can help out, please PM me
Further point worth adding is these will NOT be happening on Hackney Wick like last time as this is now being encroached upon by the Olympic site so don't head that way

always try cyberdog in camden for the glow rods.....dunno whether the shop is still there though, its in the market place under the roofing at the very end, its a clubbing shop (hard house) so theres spangley clothes and lights aplenty

Trying to avoid signing up for this. I will just get competitive and turn up with drops and a massive gear.
-
• #44
A massive gear doesn't necessarily help. No banking and inertia on a fairly short course mean that those with large gears take time to build momentum. Something around 76 inches is probably best. Kick off and spin. Drops ftw.
-
• #45
@ Cliveo, Tell that to Hillbilly. I believe he was on 42/16 for the last one.

Last time was brilliant. Nice one Gus. Have fun you lot, wish i could come.

I can get 84 spinning pretty quickly, that would probably be my choice, if I were going to take part, which I shouldn't.

maybe they will do age categories, then you'd still have a chance!
