I have a set of exactly those pedals you can have for a tenner fuse.
But the reason I replaced them is I think they are shit and don't see the use of that design of cage.
Much prefer the m424 or m545 (plastic and metal cages respectively)

Thanks Louis - what I'm after is something multi purpose so I don't always have to turn up to things wearing my stupid little cycling shoes and then clip around art galleries and restaurants like a big pony. What would you recommend?

My theatre/art gallery/dinner party bike has these on and I thoroughly recommend:

Hey man, if your going down to newington tomorrow can I grab those forks of you?

I use the m424 on my polo bike:
http://www.wiggle.co.uk/shimano-m424-spd-pedals/As long as you aren't wearing plimsoles they are flat enough for shoes and double sided spds. I can't be doing with single sided. £20 at wiggle.
I have the m545 on my mtb, basically the same but with a metal cage instead of plastic. (£40...)
I have to admit jimmies look nicer.

El cheapo SPDs come with a clip in plastic platform that effectively turn them in to single sided flat pedals.

Hi there,
I and a few friends are trying to setup some youth bike polo in my school and are in desperate need of bike parts to make complete bikes. If anyone knows how to get cheap bike parts/ has any spare bike parts for beginner polo players (I.e frames, v-brakes, wheels) can you let me know.
Thanks -
• #7644
Oscar? Good to know that you lot are trying to establish a polo club at your school!
Will rummage around my parts bin and see what I got and pretty sure others on here would do the same.

You can have anything left in that thread for free, also my housemate has an old deep v rear wheel (a bit rough and quite out of true) you could probably have but I'd have to check with him first.
I also have a Pompino for sale and would knock £25 off the price.

Hi Moog, thanks for great offer. If you wouldn't mind would I be able to take: kojac tyres, 2, 8 would be brilliant. Will ask around about the bike. May I ask frame size? Thanks again.

Cool, PM me about collection. I'm in new cross Se14.
The frame is a small which I think is about a 52/53cm but I'll measure it tomorrow and let you know actual measurements.

Hey, there are some bikes at HH that are lying dormant. They need work, and new handlebars, but they're free. Where are you based?
