  • I'll take the northen standard shaft

    Hands off!

  • Ha, I live in Stoke Newington by Coach and Horses. I heard on the grapevine your moored up in London at the moment?

  • Cheers Kev, I'll check the souths thread and drop it off when your down. I pop you a text to let you know.

  • anybody got a fixed cog and lockring i can grab off them? (getting rid of an old frame)

  • Any particular number if teeth?

  • 16t would be ideal :)

  • Does anyone have a 26'' rear wheel with normal freewheel thread on 135mm hub hanging around at home by any chance? Waiting for a replacement hub I've ordered might take me another week at least without playing polo :(

  • Got a few bits to sell off to fund Euros expenses:

Bomb proof road wheels: Campagnolo Veloce 9 speed Exa-drive (the middle one in the second row here) built with DT plain gauge spokes to Mavic Open Pros. Front wheel could use a regrease but still spins smooth, rear drive side spokes have some marks from chain coming off the largest cog. Both rims have plenty of life left. Bought from hillbilly some time ago, never used myself. Asking for 50 which is what I paid.

MTB/Jump wheel: DMR Comp Wheelset, non-machined sidewalls but there is a breaking surface under the anodisation. 36H, 6 speed cassete body, comes with a 16T cog. Does not include tyres. These retail for 190 new (rear wheel, front wheel), will like 120 for them.

    Saddles:

Turbo Gel: Pretty rare to find these nowadays. In pretty good condition other than a few small nicks and there is rust on the railings. Asking for 35.

Turbo Suede leather: The dark patches are not rips, just that the suede has been worn down, so the leather is now smooth on those patches. Small rip on the left side, a simple glue jobbie would fix it. Asking for 15.

    Forks:

Kona P2 700c Disc only: 210mm steerer tube. Small scuffs on the fork crown, nothing a good polish wont take out. Has mudguard mounts but no rack mounts. Asking for 30.

Onza Tuff Guy 26": 210mm steerer tube. Magura or disc. Bought from someone here but can't recall who, I think I paid 20, so asking for what I paid.

  • good price for the wheels!

Good call, anybody want to split?
    I just need the front.

  • Still after a very long 27.2mm seatpost, planing on coming newt on Monday. I managed to crack my old frame by having a too short seatpost in it, so would be good not to do it to the new one...

  • I think charlie bike monger has something in 450mm.

    gusset skyskraper innit.

  • Both Turbo saddles spoken for. Will put the rest on the main forum tonight.

  • what's the take on the tuff guy forks?

  • I think you meant rake? Can't find anything on the net but according to this post it's 40cm axle to crown, 30mm rake.

  • I'm selling this rear hub. It's a DMR, 135mm, 36h, mini freewheel thread. I had it built into a wheel, but never used. Literally new. It was £44 new.

  • that's the one I was going to go for before I bought Rupert's wheels. Not happy with it, Paul?

  • I have a DMR hub which I think has a standard 1.37" freewheel thread on one side and a 1.18" mini freewheel thread on the other.

I can't find any mini freewheels and the DMR website doesn't load for me at the moment.

  • I have a couple of shit ones at work, otherwise they'll be on BMX websites somewhere.

  • Shim?

  • You could add a reducer ring for standard freewheels but it'd be 2.4 mm thick, so difficult to put a tool on (which you'd need to to make sure you can separate the freewheel from the reducer and the reducer from the hub).

  • I need one for a 20 or 21T freewheel. I bought this not knowing that there are 2 different freewheel threads. Well, now I know, bought a standard one (same, also DMR) and want to get rid of this one with the mini thread.

that's the one I was going to go for before I bought Rupert's wheels. Not happy with it, Paul?

  • I had a DMR revolver with a regular freewheel threading on one side, and one that *looked *like a mini freewheel thread on the other side, but was actually for a screw on disc mount.
