I had that cable and the toughness of it meant I couldn't get a good clean end: dremel for the win I guess. It is super-tough (and cheap).
It's also marginally thicker than normal cables though and I couldn't source cable ends, meaning it got all mashed up... make sure you put proper cable ends on it.

not that pique is getting it, but if you wrap electrical tape around the end then file you can tidy up the cut and get it it into those furrells nicely.

Sound advice, Pique's such a killjoy.

No idea if they're still in polo fashion but my NS majesty and RNS2s are up for sale (Or would be if I actually started a thread).
Figured I'd give polo players first dibs.
Any interest?

I have goodridge cables, a good pair of cycle cable cutters does the job fine too. I will never buy wound casing again, braided ftw!
That shogun could get it's backend shortened and track ends welded and be pretty awesome, if not perfect.

Track ends is excessive. Whats the matter with regular dropouts?
Just whack a derailieur or chain tensioner on.

A few of us are getting Brisbane Outdoor Gear bike bags sent over from Oz, special mate's rates of AUD$195 per bag including postage... Dave's got a few more if anyone else would like to come in on the shipment, it'll bring the cost of shipping down a bit...
They look like this with a bike in them...
And like this when folded up...
Here's a video...
