Judging by the amount of feedback they have, I think it may have been around for a while but it looks like Planet X are continually selling a ton of their gear through an eBay outlet shop called 'Priceshaggers'

Not specifically polo, but there do seem to be Pompino and other On One frames on there all the time, as well as bars, forks, hubs, wheels etc...

Margs has one. The chain ring isn't very round but they seem ok other than that.
