Ok then, anyone know where I can get 292 straight guage spokes?
Outspoken only sell double butted, Chain reaction stop at something stupid like 286 and my local Halfords dont have anything above 288

I've got some Shimano Deore XT 4 arm (104 BCD) crank arms for sale, they are pretty scratched up but still in fine working order. Come with a 113mm Octalink bottom bracket which is a little squeaky but seems to run pretty smoothly.
Price: Whatever you want to offer (bike bits, other bits, food, beer, cash monies).
Forgot to add, they are 175mm in length

No point starting a new thread for this question......
Does a BMX saddle fit a standard seat post clamp?
-
• #138
Not necessarily. Some of them have oversized saddle rails.
-
• #139
Most do.
The exceptions:
Pivotal seats & Posts (There are no saddle rails)
Old huge 90s BMX saddles (They had huge 9mm rails) -
• #140
feck. the one I'm looking at has 9mm rails.
-
• #141
You're alternative is get a BMX seatpost and use a USE shim.
Seems like a fair bit of effort. -
• #142
It does. but it's such a pretty saddle.

Also depends a bit on your seatpost clamping area. For instance, a cheap, pressed steel head can be "persuaded" to accept oversized rails.

Pics?
Thinking back I used to run 8mm rails on a Thomson seatpost. Sure you could do the same with 9mm

Hi, I'm after straight guage spokes for my new polo build, Any idea where I can get them in 293mm?
Thanks,
Alistair.
