Migraine bike stolen

My polo bike and my commuter bike have both been stolen off my locked fifth floor balcony. The whole thing seems absurd, they left another 3 bikes out there.

I've posted a thread in the General section, but thought i'd post here for you polo whores who never venture out. Most of you know how distinct this bike is, so please keep your eyes peeled. I'm obviously totally gutted and want it back pretty badly.

I need some more up to date pics of my polo bike - anyone got any?? I don't have time to trawl right now, but will try to find some from last weekend.

Red Raleigh frame, early 80s totally covered in stickers
Black Rigida DP18 rims to 36hole SJS hubs
Black Sugino Cranks
Small riser bars, Black bmx grips, left hand brake lever with skull head on end
Double double BLB steel toe clips on MKS Slyvan pedals
39 x 22 gearing
New Brooks Swallow saddle
Big red chunky BMX stem w/ deda quill to ahead adaptor

Oh and my frickin mallets were attached too.2 x Golf clubs with narrow Lucky heads.

My regular bike:

late 70s / early 80s steel Trek frame from US - not very common here, nice head badge, black scabby paintwork
Mavic Open Pro rims to SJS hubs (like formula but with tear-drop cut-outs)
Condor Sugino Uno cranks
Clear plastic BMX pedals with homemade leather straps
Campagnolo front caliper
Cut down Brooks B17 saddle
Alpina carbon forks
Big chunky black BMX stem

They must have. It's insane, for a couple of scabby-looking fixie wheel bikes, but there really is no other way. It must have been the brooks saddles that made them look posh.

that sucks Ottey, bike thiefs are really disgusting but polo-bike thiefs are even lower if that is possible.
I will keep eyes wide open around Stokey area.

It's pretty mad, but they've either climbed up from one below or come down from two above, and then lowered two bikes, which were locked together, down again. I found some debris from the balcony on the ground outside, so it kind of makes sense.

Thats fucked up man. U would think living on the 5th floor u are safe from bike theft. I cant belive they climbed 5 stories to do this. I hope you find them.

Fuck Dude! Seems like we conjured up some bike-thieving demons talking about it yesterday. Can you report it as a burglary? It'll be taken a little more seriously that way.

It seems balconies are now being targeted. Another guy on the forum had his 2 bike stolen recently in exactly the same way.
Underneath those stickers is a classic Raleigh T-I frame so watch out for that too.

Those bastards will probably just chuck the bike ( or sell it for a fiver) once they realize it's battered by polo, no good to them and still a massive loss to you, seems so pointless.
