That's what I'm starting to think, I'm going to stay off the sauce for a while and see what it's like.

let go of the drink in jan, a mate wanted to do a month, I just carried on with it and you know what? its brilliant. None of that tiring process the body goes through dealing with the alcohol every day,and the best thing? spending more on stuff ya want rather than pissing it down the drain.
