Glad you don't have to deal with that awful modern technology otherwise known as the telephone.
Work of the fucking devil.

lol - yeah little response is right - no response! Who runs an online shop and doesn't answer emails?
My introverted nature is preventing me from calling. It would completely defeat the whole purpose of me shopping online. Maybe my emails have gone into their spam folder, maybe they are overrun with orders, maybe they just don't give a fuck. I'd prefer to go to court, than beg them over the phone for my shit ( I know this is crazy, my GP has recommended therapy options for me - lol ).
It's the one from their website down the bottom (Its caps on the site, I'm not shouting - a little on the inside perhaps though).
FOR GENERAL ENQUIRIES AND INFORMATION ON YOUR ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL websales@tokyofixedgear.com
websales@tokyofixedgear.com
I can only assume it's the right email address, as it's not bouncing - my webmail plays a gentle tumble weed wind sound effect every time I press send though.yep, forum definitely got them into action. thanks!
FYI, The item has been delivered! YAY! Buuut, It's been signed for by either one of the neighbours or a dodgy postman. As far as I can tell - this is the end of the matter - I'm uncertain if royal mail can be relied on to recover the parts or moneys. OK gotta get back to order some more parts, as the bike is creaking like something really creaky.
parts discovered safe and sound 2 doors down - delivered to the wrong address unfortunately. Shark toothed chainring and cog uninstalled, new parts Installed. Bike feels amazing. Very happy with TFG for sorting.
Up your game bro.

Our Tim's new S1...
Have to say, these frames are pure lovely... so light.
TFG's Jacob has been putting down some serious race times and amateur times on one of these. The only one I have a way of measuring against is his most recent 6:27 Regents CCW as measured by Strava. Holy crap.

full CCW laps not that good of an indication because of the traffic and lights around the bottom - the only time you can (or should) push that section is at night when the park is shut. Show me his Vo2 max segment numbers for RP and I'll be impressed :)

I have never had problems with Tokyo Fixed Gear, but I have had the same discussion whether or not one should pick up the phone and call a company if they are unresponsive in the past.
My take is that if you sell online, you answer online. And as Keramic pointed out, they ask you to contact them via email. So that's it.
I live in Finland which is still okay when it comes to time difference, but that is not always the case. Add possible language barriers when communicating on the phone, and I really cannot stand people telling others to give the company a call -- especially if the "guilty party" operates (and prefers to handle things) online. It is they who have problems dealing with modern methods of communication.

Far point and Keramic does say he's an introvert.
However, people do also need to learn how/when to choose the most efficient form or communication. Getting on the phone is usually best as its harder for people to duck you.
A lot of the hostility has come from Keramic's tone. Dispite being introverted in real life he's happy to be rude and aggressive online. Ultimately the problem was actualy at his/RM's end of the chain.
