Ordered a couple of the Giant Wald baskets last week when they were stoopid cheap in the sale, order was still processing yesterday so emailed them guessing they had run out and were just taking their time getting round to refunding me.

Pretty quick reply from 'Timmy' lets me know there was just a wee delay and my baskets are being sent out today! Thumbs up!

I have to say, Timmy was more than helpful with my order, I made a slight mistake when ordering and missed his email response which meant the product sold out, but they ordered replacements in and still sold them at the sale price. +1 Kinoko.

My order is actually still sitting at 'Processing'. Hmmm, less impressed now.

I agree that you shouldn't have to, but you should just give them a call and ask what's going on.

I'd actually really like to help them with their web order processing and customer relations but never receive a reply.

No-one called Roger! The warehouse / shop stock situation can sometime cause these delays you're right, but we're currently in the process of improving everything so these problems shouldn't occur for much longer!
