I didn't see this thread on time. boo., Last night I ate with SeriouslyWolf and he made roast peppers, grilled lamb with feta and steamed yellow beans. We also had garlic bread. IT WAS FAB.

Tonight I ate Egg pasta with a creamy cheese sauce with chopped fresh tomato and cracked black pepper. Not exciting but filling and necessary as I didn't want the pasta to go off.
Tomorrow I shall photograph what I make.. I like this game!

I´m out of ideas for tonight...

Simple simple: perfectly caramelised onions in olive oil, then courgette, chilli, garlic, fresh and very ripe tomatoes, splash o' white wine, lots of salt and pepper...all cooked down to a lovely unctuous mess, spaghetti stirred in, and a bit of fresh parsley and and a slug of extra virgin olive oil to finish. No photos, though. That's a bit weird, folks.
