I've been to Herne Hill on my track bike and drank beer/smoked whilst others exerted themselves- does that count?
I like your style!.

I spent long days on the frame and have think about this very thorough.. What really made me decide to sell this was when I saw someone riding a Red Roberts Lo Pro @ Shoreditch... Made me want to try a Lo pro really bad[/quote]
I ride my Roberts lo pro through Shoreditch fairly often. Red with white Roberts decals and blue fork. 700 back 650 front. Want to swap?!

What other frames could one purchase for £680?
brand new custom Mercian? in fact a new Mercian cost less than that (standard build).

Lo-pro sizing has always confused me- I presume the more important dimension is the top tube?
Or is there a rule of thumb of which I am ignorant, i.e. "if you usually ride a 58cm get one with a 56cm top tube"?

just a thought, wonder how many people on here who ride track frames on a daily basis have ever ridden them on a track NJS or not?
i wish i had a track frame to ride on the track.
(well i do sort of but it has a bent top and down tube) -

come on england!

ahhhh... i just figured out that you mean that the bottom bracket is seized! i'd be well surprised if anyone's going to buy a frame with a seized bb at this price. go somewhere and get it unstuck.

NJS is a mark of conformity, not quality.
I have an NJS bike for the street, HH won't let me on the track with risers.

it mean the frame is acceptable for the Kierin races, that's all.
which mean it's bollocks outside the kierin, unless you race there for a living.
actually, many NJS frames are beautifully built, awesome bikes to ride. I'd probably own an NJS frame if it wasn't for the associated presumption that I'd overpaid for a damaged frame, and they were sensibly priced.

A friend of mine finally lended me a bike to ride around town.. and hopefully he would lend his bike until I have sold this baby. This will be up here for as long as it can and until finally someone would give it a try, sadly, @680. The frame itself cost 800+... imagine what the customs charge would be.. it adds up you know. So now Ive made it a permanent resident, i want to share this opportunity to ride what i say would be a really great ride..
I just want to keep it in London!! so i can have a nostalgic high when I see it go by :)

what it cost you isn't necessarily near it's value
