My gurney straps are starting to lose their velcro hold, had to swap them round as pulling up on my left foot now pulls apart the strap. Now skidding on the other side isn't an option.
They've lasted well though, daily use for 6 months.

Sorry to hear that mate. Send me a PM and we can work something out.
Working on a new version as we speak. Also a MASSIVE thank you to Rik who has had to deal with everyone on here as I had to make a move downunder. Another drop of Gurneys will be happening in the next few days and I'll keep everyone posted. Also with news of the new system.
Thanks again Rik, you are a scholar and a gentleman. Good luck in Berlin.

My JOLs are softening up a bit and looking slightly worse for wear after countless games of polo abuse. Very interested in the new system

Hi JOL,
I'd also be interested in buying a pair of your straps.
I'm based near Norwich though so would need them posting. Shall I give you a PM?

I'm having exactly the same problem with my straps......and I've only had them about 2-3 weeks. Worrying to be honest, as they havent even been used every day during that time :(
Any ideas on a way to stop this from happening? :'(

Hi All. Around 30 pairs will be at www.pushcycles.com shortly.
For those that need post, contact the shop of if not UK (i.e. US) I will have some more soon.@daveyheats, that doesn't sound right. Are they 'laced' up right? If you send me a few pics via PM I will have a look. If it is the product I will replace them. Sorry about that.

Got some pics from daveyheats.
Hope you don't mind me posting here mate, thought it might help others in future, but this is how NOT to 'lace' them...
You can see here that the strap coming through the holes in the pedal and round the outside of the pedal/foot is going UNDER the other two strap pieces. This means there is only 1 side of velcro in contact and that your foot is pulling the strap up and away from its self.
How TO 'lace' them...
You can just see here (Sorry, no camera on me) that the strap coming through the holes to the outside of the pedal is SANDWICHED between the two other straps. This is very important and provides the 'stick' needed for them to lock closed. Then when the foot pulls up it is effectively increasing the grip and the strap cannot come loose.
Hope this makes sense and let me know how you get on.
