Only with chancers taking the ebay profit instead of waffa

They don't make the brand look cheap - they just create hype
OMG sample sale...

I remember a sample sale at the old Condor, no queues and only a little bit of elbowing
-

I got a black jersey with arm warmers for a score, FYI

I've got one, and I love it. Great design, and good for the weather at this time of year. Wore it in conjunction with a base layer last weekend, and it was perfect for 10-15°C rides.
love it as a thing (think it's one of the best looking things rapha do) but don't wear it often as I run quite cool ;)
also, shoulder pad good for carrying bike and running. less good for (left) shoulder bag wearing.
lovely, great for winter training and commuting if like me you run quite warm
Seems unanimous that it is nice. And it is 130 quid so also a bit...

It makes sense that the samples sales have ended.( if this is true )
If you have them each season you will end up changing people’s buying habits.
With the whole Team Sky / Rapha thing for 2013 – I suspect they will no longer
Have to be concerned with visibility / hype in the market place. -

question is what happens to the seconds/returns now? do they just go in the bin?
if so I expect there'll be a lot of dumpster diving mamils out the back of the raphactory soon.

.Very good point.
Surplus stock is an issue for allot of clothing companies & finding
A clean way of getting rid of this still stock is tricky.Perhaps they will run the next one in their biggest territory, America ?
Or perhaps they will sell the stock at a discount to their retail partner’s world wide.

I do believe there have been 'industry only,' sample sales.
Perhaps that's what'll happen to the surplus, seconds, returned and sample items?

I take a Small in the Pro Team JKT & I was advised to get a Small in the Transfer JKT.
I have always gone for Patagonia in the past - but they never get the fit right, Too boxy in the body, I find . . .

I had one made by www.phdesigns.co.uk and it's amazing. I'd recommend them.

Prob hard to say but how warm would it be? Is it say warmer than the one they made before the bomber jacket (was it the urban one?)? But not quite great for walkign around at 2C?

Has anyone tried it yet ?
Considering buying it for riding in Ireland this winter and Quebec next fall. -

I'm coming to the conclusion that my 3/4 length shorts are a size too small.
They are very good though, nicely made and nicely thought out.
Sadly however they are also £125 on the Rapha site now.
Is there someone out there thinner than I am who has unaccountably bought a pair of 34" waist 3/4 shorts that would like to swap?

Go on a diet, tubby.
That is what the sample sale already has been anyway.
