IME it is temporary. Always drys then hardens and falls off. Gorilla tape on a similar tear to that pictured by @mrJL is holding up well at mo.

I see what you did there.

To me it is strange the " bullseye" in the EF is not centred on the zipper.

The font beneath the logo lines up with the E and F though and the zip runs between the two. If you centred the target the zip would cut through a word. Not the easiest logo to design on to a zip through jersey I suspect
