the gilet has pockets like a normal jersey (plus a wee zipped one for valuables)

Ah, I've got the brevet insulated jacket with no pockets and race cape with no pockets
-
• #30179
i've got that brevet jacket too but couldn't really imagine ever being cold enough to pair them together! Roasty toasty combination. Maybe if I was going out with a super slow bunch/new rider and couldn't rely on my own heat to add to my warmth.

This year I’m excited about the growing scope of our Brevet collection. You’ll be able to ride over multiple days, in complete comfort on and off the bike, carrying everything you need with you. We’re also launching our own range of saddles, an ambitious project that has been two years in the making.
Pffft, comfort. Rapha's clearly losing its touch. Now they have a chance to cause truly epic levels of suffering with their saddles, but I bet they'll blow it spectacularly if the wussy description of the brevet range is anything to go by.

I'd pay several hundred £ to be in with those cool chaps.

Nope.

I am off to Bicester to buy a very expensive pram, on the way back I am hoping to pop into the Outlet Rapha space in Bicester Village, though my GF may have other plans. Worth popping in? Or is everything in either xs or xxl?

@cornelius_blackfoot Two things:
Have you checked the price of your pram here: http://www.pramworld.co.uk/ - we got a wicked deal on our buggie there.
Secondly, can you have a looksee if they have any old style pro team jackets in xs? -

Good variety of stock and sizes when I went early December

• #30187
buying it secondhand, still sphincter clenchingly expensive but less so than buying it brand new..
-
• #30188
What did you go for?
-
• #30189
Probably a rain cape or a merino zip thru?

• #30190
you have message!

Rapha Pro Team Flyweight glasses, good or shit? Or something in between possibly? This is the place I trust for worthwhile opinions, thanks in advance.

^ Nice, but....

I like mine. Definitely light, excellent optics (is that a thing?) Bit different to your standard Oakleys. Look terrible without a helmet on. Stick with the standard lens, i've got a mirrored one that i've never used.

...go on?
:-)

• #30195
They sit quite close to the brow, or is that just me? Do they steam up easily?
-
• #30196
Very good. Very light, great optics. I find they fog up slightly more easily than Oakleys, and the contrast isn't quite as good as an Oakley PRIZM lens, but on the upside they've more comfortable.
The only real downside I've had is that one of the little mounting arms on my silver mirror lens snapped off when I was changing the lens. The newer lenses appear to have a slightly different design on the mounting points and none of my other lenses have had any issues though.

fuck you and your 20/20 vision
-
• #30198
love mine - the least sweaty glasses i've had. Great optics.
-
• #30199
Thanks LFGSSengers. I think I'll snaffle a pair like the mug I am.
I don't really understand what you mean by optics though guys!? Like, they're perfectly see-through but with no glare, like normal sunglasses? Or they actually enhance vision?

contrast is boosted, things seem clear/crisp, etc.
How did you carry anything with no pockets?
