I wonder what percentage is purchassed without using a discount code of some kind and in which case why isn't the price just reduced to what it would be without it.
Sometimes it sounds like a continuous sale akin to a DSF furniture store (or however you want to rearrange those three letter).
From a high end retail point of view what I just wrote probably makes no sense and is stupid and for this would be sorry. -

haha don't be fooled, it is going to pish it down soon enough. Pro team softshell arrived today. Tried it with a classic jersey and it seems the cut of the jacket is too high, classic jersey is hanging out the front :(

To be fair that's the whole point of the different ranges. PT stuff is cut high in front to avoid discomfort and bunching when hunched over in an aggressive position.

Very true, I might wear it with just a base layer underneath. I like the PT fit, although I'm probably more suited to the classic.

I got the helmet 'discount' email through and clicked out of morbid curiosity as to what discounted actually is.
Cue one hundred and sixty pounds worth of lols for a plain black or white helmet.

That happened with my classic mitts too.
Under the consumer rights act, if you return faulty goods within six months of purchase you don't have to prove whose fault it is.

I had a response asking me to fill in a repair form and send them back for assessment. I kinda feel like I shouldn't have to paythe postage. :/

I'd bought them online, but I took them to the Shoreditch shop as it's not far from me. I had to log in to my account on their terminal and show them the transaction, and they did the rest. Got a refund. Have since bought the crochet mitts and they're great.
Bit gutted, I've used my classic mitts twice and this happened.
They were purchased in Jan but only used now so out of the 90 days. Emailed Rapha enquiries two days ago but haven't heard back. What's the typical response time?
