The Softshell Baselayer is fantastic for racing. Temps were around 6*C - 8*C with intermittent showers, wore a PT jersey on top and didn't over heat.
Took part in my first road race last weekend, Novice Cat5, not sure if you guys have that category in the UK... #SuperNoob

This is good News.
I tend to live in the thermal PT bibs. They come Down to my knees, and I need to put them on carefully so they dont Reach the back of my knee. Not really a problem. But I want my non thermal bibs to contrast this really. I dont really get on With my lightweight bibs. The straps seem a little too long. I Wonder if I should have sized Down from my PT size of medium for bibs. But worry they'd be see thru in a small size. I'd sell them on as they havent had much use. But I've oil stained them (like everything I own).
In other News. I returned my long sleeve jersey.
Posting stuff out of Norway is an epic PITA.
I filed in the form, a guy came to my work and picked it up, a week later I had a full refund.
This is terrible News. I'm on a strict Budget this year. With this service. How am I supposed to resist more Raphas now?

With my short legs the new PT bibs are a much better fit.
Classic tights way too long, XS inseam and M waist would be great, haven't worn them outside due to strongly disliking rain. (and flu last weekend so had to skip de omloop) -

anyone comment on difference between core bibs & pro team bibs. Got some large pro teams bibs that I'm a big fan of and wondering if sizing, fit, comfort etc etc is much different?

Slightly stupid question but.. I've got a load of vouchers and would probably rather wait until sale (more waffa / less monies) - when do they normally do their sales in the year?

Just received a strangely co branded email... -

Since last couple of years, it looked like they were going to stop but the core email says otherwise. As long as its not Vulpine ..
-

Evans have sold Rapha's Sky kit for the last year or two. That Core email is just a link to rapha.cc, isn't it?
Pro team bib shorts seem to be shorter in the leg than they used to be, seem to fit more like the light weight ones, which is a bit too short for me. Made in Portugal instead of Italy if that makes a difference. Since returned for the extra long ones which now seem like the normal ones used to be.
