So from the rumblings, if I were to go to Rapha tmw, could I actually afford some kit?
I think its an exclusive big spenders thing.
So you can only get cheap kit, if you could afford lots of it when it was pricey.

Or just regular Defeet gloves. Cheap and effective.
Probably best. Just starting to find mine a little too warm (not sweaty yet).
Good thing I can get the DeFeet that you can use with touchscreen mobile.

I also don't know of I'm a m or l in bibs so will be flogging something soon.

You're a fatty, so large it is.

So...what was available??
I had an invite, but thought a trip to London on my girlfriends 30th birthday not a wise decision. -

you'll be an m, with the longer leg. I'm an L - you are significantly thinner than I am.

and is it worth going for those that have accepted the invite but not able to go until the early evening?

Do they do different leg lengths? I bought some M Classic Bibs recently and they are right down to just above the kneecap, so I went to the Condor store and tried on the Small pair and they didn't seem much different in length - I'm only 5'7" mind, but its a bit annoying.

I'm 5'7" and a 31" waist and a medium is slightly small on me. In a really nice way when Im on the bike. But theres always a 'shit these are tiny' moment when I put them on.
That's how cycling clothing are supposed to fit. Bibs and jerseys need to be snug and fitted. One needs to take some care when putting them on so as to not rip the threads holding the pad. They are for riding and not sitting at the espresso bar. You don't want your jersey fluttering in the wind. You don't want your shorts to have any creases... in fact you want a bit of compression in the thighs...

Lots of Sky stuff, dozens and dozens of t-shirts, more xs gloves than you can shake a stick at, some jackets, some jerseys, lots of trousers.
The women's section looked like it had lots of the range in all sizes.

I didn't know this. I shall have to investigate.
-
• #16092
Yep, long version for gangly twig-limbed people. Sadly not an option I'm ever likely to need to investigate.

• #16093
Free shipping on orders over £50 until 11 April!
-
• #16094
Really dont need anything but now thats tempting....
-
• #16095
Well, that took me by surprise.

-
• #16097
It's getting warmer dude.
-
• #16098
And despite what the splash image at the top says, there's no longer 30% off the winter jersey. Pet lip, big sulk, buying nothing.

You're right, there won't be anymore sales from Rapha forever.
So from the rumblings, if I were to go to Rapha tmw, could I actually afford some kit?
