That doesn't mean I don't have a fancy pants bike or two at home.

I do understand this though - not everyone can afford a nice bike & to keep buying new clothes.

If it was down to a choice, I'd always upgrade my bike before spending on clothes.

Pretty much my point, some people are happy with what they're riding and want nice clothes.

Fat bastard that I am*, I popped the button on my touring shorts this morning. any nice bods at rapha that are on here able to sort me one or do I have to call them up and plead for one to be mailed out?
I know I could sew any old one on, but it was a nice sort-of-hard/sort-of-soft plasticcy one that flexed a little bit so it didn't feel so pronounced when you were tucked low.

Rapha emailled back saying that they don't have replacement buttons, but they have other buttons. So they're sending something over (or were happy to send the shorts in, but that seems like overkill for something so simple).
