It'd would be nice if they let lbs' stock their product. It's a pain in the ass having to order online.

PTJ from Turkey looks very nice indeed. Its meant to have slight defect (s). But I cant see anything. Fit is the same as the PT jersey. Very happy indeed. I tell im going to get loads of use out of this up here already.

just washed my bomber jacket in NikWash, it was getting pretty filthy.
suggestions for improving water resistance?
I have some Grangers Fabsil spray (for tents and anoraks etc), and some Nikwax wash-in stuff (for unlined GoreTex), but neither of those seems appropriate. -

Nikwax Tech Wash for washing and TX.Direct for occasional reproofing. I don't know for Rapha but for my eVent jackets ironing them can rejuvenate the waterproofing.

called me a "Tory cunt" for wearing a Rapha jacket on the way to work. It seems he objected quite violently to it as he offered to fight me
Rep for that man

My girlfriend very kindly bought me some Team Sky Pro Winter tights as a sort of post-Christmas present.
Sadly they are too large for me- they are Large, I'll swap them for the medium.
Just to contribute to the LFGSS Crowd Sourced Rapha sizing guide I'm 187cm/75kg.

A bit smaller and lighter yet I am xl in my tights. Anybody can advise professional help for my fear of overstretching lycra?

Do you look a little like a lycra scrotum?
-

It depends on the distance from groin to shoulders no?
I'm short but bulky, so the straps of a medium are about as tight as I'd want them. If you're tall and thin. It might be the same.
The fit width wise is somewhat automatic. Assos have been pushing this since they started the whole strap thing.

That delivery of transfer jacket and windbreaker to Germany took ages, but all is well as it arrived now on birthday.

has anyone got the rapha/raeburn grey jeans?
not sure if the cut is supposed to be like this or if it's an error - correct around the waist, ridiculously skinny on the thigh. like, skin-tight. and not that much stretch in the fabric. -
• #15321
Sprinters thighs.
I can't wear the Rapha jeans either.
-
• #15322
I had that with all the Rapha trousers I tried (but not tried the raeburn ones). My monster thighs just couldn't get into anything.
-
• #15323
I really don't think i have sprinter's thighs :/
well. that is a bit silly. been meaning to try the regular ones on for ages, are they the same? I have a pair of shorts which are fitted but not ridiculously tight. do they loosen with wear? HoKe must have decent legs pushing those high gears...

I think it's safe to says you tend to be a size smaller than the average in your height/weight.

I have all the rapha jeans and the fit me very well - I think they are designed for pencil thin climbers.
Old news, I saw lots of expanded Rapha on Surrey MAMILs over the summer.
