How is stuff being 'nice' not about the quality? I think you may be focussing on the exception rather than the rule, the rule being that Rapha is well made technical sports gear that looks good (in the most part) but costs a lot.

rapha is fancy accessories with a price tag, nowhere near *technical *sports gear.
