Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

I've got one, it would be nice if it was slightly larger it is true.

Purchased jeans, am enjoying jeans.

Great customer service from a certain forumenger in the 'cafe.' The same cannot be said for the rest of his colleagues.

Has anyone got the CX Winter Hat? Only came in one size, it's barely big enough & I've got a peahead. In fact, I used to get called Beetlejuice quite often.

Why is my hat so small? How do you big headed folk cope?
Might have to go back, but I've had it all Winter.

I thought this was only me! I'm a M in helmets (small in the motorcycle variety) yet it still feels really tight

Mine stretched a bit from when it was new but it is still tight- I wear a medium helmet.

Girlfriend got the same thing about her Classic Jersey the other day, but only after emailing them 2-3 weeks after ordering. Instead of even asking if she'd like to wait they just refunded it and gave her a 15% voucher code - disappointing since the jersey was 50% off in the sale.

Not happy with the way they handled it to be honest...

A voucher would have been nice ! & to top it off temporary hold on my PayPal refund

Had the same thing with the 3/4 quarter bibs I ordered way back, except I didn't get the 15% voucher code. An unimpressive level of service given the prices charged. Of course they're now back in stock, but without the sale discount. Oh, and the e-mail they sent to let me know about this was really wanky.

Illiterate management-speak bollocks. I feel a lack of insight as to why they couldn't just ask whether I'd like the goods I'd ordered as and when they were next in stock.

I have a pretty small head and my Rapha winter hat will either cover my ears or eyes. Not particularly great when it's raining and cold.

So I got a pair of Assos TK434 bibs instead. Very nice they are too.

regal, im sure there was a rapha wallet or handkerchief that had that pattern on it as well. cant remember exactly what it was but i think prototype is a good guess.

Castelli + Capo do 3mm neoprene gloves that look identical.

Kayaking/canoe gloves are very similar and have additional velcro wrist closures too and will be cheaper than cycling specific gloves.
