It's an excellent bit of kit. I've used it both on 12s and 13s and provides a lot more confidence compared to any whip I've used.

I've never owned the previous version of the tool so can't compare to be honest.

The previous version is only for cassette which is the soles jobs but limiting (especially with track cog) now including track, BB and ebikes chainring which is a boost.

Gotcha, less of a bonus for me personally but as you're working in a bikeshop you'll encounter that stuff way more often obviously.

Ha, our house has been going downhill fast (to the southwest) for the last 100 years or so. It has a 7 inch drop from corner to corner over 30-some feet.
