I think we need a new Wests home anyway. The Craptree ain't cuttin' it no more.
Moon bar Lower Richmond road is pretty near Putney and has a massive outdoor area! and it's cheap

Chancery was just not right. Hard to put a finger on it but the place lacks atmosphere and the staff clearly dont give a damn.
Saw the worst pulling of pints, no care or passion and they argued with me when I took back a fruit juice that had gone off. They did change the drink but disputed that the juice was off.
I think its time we followed velocio's advice. Google maps for pubs with gardens in the Hammersmith area. Hammersmith works well as its a commuting hub.
Find the ones with the largest gardens, and then go and speak to the landlords and explain that we can bring a good deal of business their way if they care to offer us some kind of incentive (half price main meals or similar).

though The Flying Fuck is a nice suggestion too
got my vote
back to the Stonemasons - where it all began.
too packed, i have to ride past it every thurs, and there isn't even standing room outside.

the chancery + fairly easy to get to for all. can accomodate us. - too expensive??
the ship + fairly easy to get to for all. can accomodate us. - too expensive??
the greyhound + fairly easy to get to, 20 mins from central. can accommodate us. could start a bbq, and own music. - except the polo guys/gals, (which also make up quite a few of the numbers now) have quite a treck to get too.
the black lion + easy enough for everyone to get there - food dear and pub quiz on thurs
the stone masons + 0 - too busy/expensive, no room any more.only a few weeks until the crabtree re-opens
so.......?????????
