Me and Turd Fergursson had an interesting time of trying to go out for a ride today. Every time we got up to go out, the rain would kick up again. Got soaked on the way home ;_;

That was shit hot fun. Waves coming at me courtesy of cars on the A4 was a blast.
What wasn't a blast however was the fact the part of the roof at Victoria station caved in causing the station to close completely. Cue me riding onwards to Brixton, and ending up getting home an hour late, a bit cold and a bit damp.
At least I now know what Brixton Cycles looks like!

Managed to lock up the bike just in time to avoid the mass hail. But came home to dogs going mental, water pouring through open windows, and water dripping from the ceiling into the bedroom.
Cue buckets, dog treats, and lots of towels.

It was rain. And not that much of it.
Srsly, ppl. Pls.
There were stair rods on the embankment..... at one stage visibility was 20ft max.... and just for laughs one set of lights was out and a cab decided a manic pull out from a side road in front of oncoming traffic..... cars swerved everywhere & I took to the pavement quickly!

I cycled home in the rain this evening and thoroughly enjoyed myself.. As long as you have nothing to do at the other end I think it's actually quite fun

Beautiful ride tonight from Putney to Islington in the rain with a tail wind.

the reason hipsters live out east is that they can not pedal against the headwind going west at the end of a day's work

f*ck me I rode through that (St. Paul's to Putney) and it was a great laugh! I wish i'd have had some lights though... note: the best thing to ride in on days like these are boardshorts :)
