I haven't responded yet as I'm unsure what he's going on about. I didn't see much of what you all did yesterday on his first site, and of course he's deleted it so I'm without a clue.

Alex, if you're reading this: I was out last night at a Thanksgiving dinner thing with some American friends. You'll note I posted nothing on here during that time either, as I wasn't online. It was not I, someone was shitting with you.

Legal threats (empty or otherwise) are worth nothing unless they're on paper, and even then they're just the opinion of the other party... never act on such stuff unless you have a hard copy (it's the only way to really receive such things) and you've also sought legal advice and think there's merit in it. I certainly would not issue such a thing though, and definitely never against a guy doing his thing (I might consider it against a large company, but what's the point of incurring the cost if there's no money on the other end?).
