On Friday, we'll need up to 20 people, as this is the main set-up.

On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday we need at least 10 people for each time slot. These cannot be people who are committed to games. Most of the dismantling must be done on Sunday night after the last game and before we all go and party - the more people help here, the better!

Ok i'm shit at picking stuff up on the forum but i'm fairly certain this question hasn't been asked...

What's going to happen to those of us who have also volenteered to goal/line ref?

I'm free that whole weekend so i am happy to help out where and when I am needed with prefrence obviously with being a ref due to benifits of watching the games. I assume there'll be some kind of allocation for ref's at some point?

second thing to say is i'll be around the whole weekend Lian so you can put me down for what ever suits (as i said preffrence being reffing) but all the same happy to help.

I'm talking to Mike about the Refs timetable - we'll find a way to fit it in with this one so you can volunteer when you're not reffing.

On Friday, please keep in mind that if you're housing players we'll be asking you to pick them up at Tour De Ville after registration (between 6-8). We'll all be going to a local pub then so I hope that all volunteers will come out for the meet and greet then too!
