  • As previously stated we have never had any negative feedback about the colours running on this jersey in over 100 transactions.......

There's a first for everything.... plus someone else already mentioned they had a problem with their shirt as well.

    edit: other post here https://www.londonfgss.com/post767581-15.html

  • 1 top, 1 wash, 1 colour run = massive run about and a waste of time for both the seller and the buyer which are now at loggerheads.

    seller =
refund the money and end it and write the stock off. save face etc etc. You cannot win sometimes with some customers.

    buyer =
quit your moaning and bitching and get over it ffs, it's only a £10.

Every considered a career at the paypal dispute center?

  • I would say that this is not an inquizative thread. It contains material pertaining to the fraudulently setting up of a phantom ebay account with its sole purpose to cause disruption to our business resulting in financial losses, whether it be ebay fee's or loss of trade.

I would call that a Witch Hunt.

Well it started that way, anyhows. I was kinda assuming all that phantom account stuff was in jest TBH.

Then what are we going to do with the rest of the afternoon?

  • I have printed off this thread and will be informing eBay and Paypal of this as its pretty vindictive.

I think you'd have trouble matching up the user ID to which one of your unhappy customers it was.

  • For the record the label states it should be washed at 40C:

wow only 8 negative feedbacks this month! good going.

in all fairness there is 578 positive for the month.

    sorry if i missed something.

if this was the sale of a liver transplant i'd understand.
but it not, it's only a fucking £10 t shirt.

  • Ok, how do we resolve this?

Cyclingtopsuk clearly feels that the shirt was washed at 60, the purchaser says that he hand washed it in cool water.

Where does the burden of proof lie?

To be fair whilst I appreciate that Cyclingtopsuk does not want to just roll over it would seem better (for the sake of a tenner) to refund the top as good will.

That said I can appreciate that no one wants to lose money when they feel that they have done everything correctly.

Out of interest has one of these tops been washed at 60 before so that we could compare results?

  • How much are the flowery scissors?

Very true, the positives always get overlooked and the small percentage is whats highlighted. We sell 150 to 200 jerseys a week with hardly any negative contact from clients.

We understand that we will never be able to please everyone, and will always attract a certain % of negative feedback. Its the Witch Hunt on here that has disturbed us however.

    £10 to you! lol

  • cycling top suk!!!11! lol

    I still don't think it's a witch hunt.

    Timeline:
The jersey is obviously rubbish (confirmed by DeadlyFP having the same problem).
Highlighted by buyer who received rude, unhelpful or arrogant responses.
    Paypal dispute opened without resolve.
Came on here for advice with regards to resolution.
You join but don't address problem or apologise but accuse buyer of lying.

Give him his money back or send him a non-deffective jersey.

    With postage? lol

Love this! Lets buy one and was the shit out of it!

  • erm... .figuratively speaking.

  • Love this! Lets buy one and was the shit out of it!

We'll do it to you for £9 as it's for scientific research!!! lol

  • Sounds like you could supply the shit too.

We could if you need it.

  • Cyclingtopuk, your jersey stock is defected, why don't you take it out of the shop and save faces? you'd reduced the amount of negative feedback a lots as well.

The stock is not defective. 2/100+ items does not make them defective, if it was like 40/100 then I would agree.

With regard to the negative feedback, we had never had one about one of these jerseys prior to this, so taking them out of the shop will not help reduce our negative feedbacks.

  • I'm amazed by this...
