Cinelli stem help?

Im having a similar problem with my XA, Im running nitto bars with a nitto shim to match but no matter how tight I tighten the bolt my bars still gradually tilt backwards.
Would fiber grip work here? Any other ideas?

using 1R with anything other than Cinelli 26.4 (i think) bars, with shims does not work, at all.

had the same problem with the same set up, change the stem.

I had the problem with some risers. rather than change the stem I put on a flat bar so it didn't matter if it rotated!

If you're using drops get Cinelli 26.4 ones.
