my original post was a serious one as i'm interested in the attitude towards alcohol in this country (compared to the rest of europe) and i thought this thread was about alcoholism in general?
or is it for a select few manchester residents to share their drinking habits?

I get you, blud :-) Just want to point out, that many MANY daily forum users start browsing this website from "Today's Posts" (some set it up as their home page) and obviously there's no way of differentiating at first what's where and why.

If you're registered member you gain access to all subforums and private threads.

believe it or not it was a serious question, having seen 2 members of my family destroy their lives through alcoholism i'm interested in the attitute people have towards it in this country. i.e getting pissed is cool or something to brag about. so that's why i was asking if people want to impress others by saying they drink 14 units, couldn't give a toss, hate the fact that they drink too much etc.
I just made the mistake or asking the question in a manchester thread. maybe Velocio should set a separate section that the london majority can't see?

give up mate, literally just drop it and go pick your battles somewhere else, start a debate team or something, then you can argue all day long with people without bothering us, as for the separate section idea? its not needed. Its only you that has the problem
