Not too bothered about the history of the British Empire and how it was achieved and all that stuff. Oh yeah, not a fan of the Royals either. But thats just me.
Good that he's been recognised for his hard work, however. -

More love for Cav please. Whilst Chris is certainly deserving of the recognition he gets, I wish Mark got a little more love from the general public, he's a champion.

Hoy=Bran Flakes
Cav= Frosties?

Hoy is Scotlands greatest Olympian and most successful Olympic male cyclist of all time, Cav has won the Worlds and some stages in major races. Big difference.
Hoy has basically pinnacled the sport whereas Cav has yet to take Green for example.
So, fuck Cav, this is about Hoy :P

Needs to finish a Grand Tour first, hopefully this TdeF and a Green Jersey. Then again Robert Millar got fuck all for KotM, but then cycling was lower profile in those days, and he'd probably have told 'em, where to stick their honours.
