oooh dammit's paint job in full colour docu style picturesk and commented pls. if made well this could well be his break even. no?!
I'd be happy to take lots of photographs, then post up a full "here's what happens, look how nice it is" if Paulo does not mind someone being there whilst he works.
I'd be interested in seeing what happens anyway, so more than happy to document.
The Penguin scheme will require a decent painter, so a good reference for others wishing to use Paulo also.

Can he colour match and do touch ups? This is what I need....
+1.. Does he do this? I have a frame that needs a bit of love.
I also have a friend who wants to spend lots of money on a paint job for some strange old frame he bought cheap and has apparently "fallen in love with" ..
cheers!

a friend of his assists him with the shot blasting
he sprays from home
he's working on getting some photos up and getting a price list -
• #36
I presume that he would sand down the paint on carbon forks?
The idea of shot blasting them feels wrong somehow...
-
• #37
i think carbon is strong but fragile
shot balsting wouldn't do it any favours
worth mentioning to paulo though ? -

can't your friend throw up a quick website with pix and contact details? Seems a bit backwards this whole pm for info...wait for something...blah!
It takes only a few minutes to put some pix online!
All that being said, I'd love to get a frame painted if he's good.
