I feel like I have cotton wool behind my eyes and I’m my lungs. Awful.
Going to double up I think. -

Realised my nasal spray was out this morning which has pretty much ruined breathing for me today and yep my eyes would feel nicer in a bottle of sarsons I reckon.

Oh dear, will I ever learn? 4 hour walk before breakfast today, wading through waist-high grass and cow parsley. Why are my eyes and nose doing this?

I just want to sit in my car with the air conditioning and the pollen filter.

I need to get a grip on this, life long sufferer but I can’t take anymore.
Who controls their histimine intake/production? Anecdotally I feel alcohol exacerbates my problems but even my AF beers are brewed so I need to curb those. Caffeine, avacados, spinach, tomatoes, dairy…. It’s a long list but I might just live on baked beans and Riveta for a week and see what happens.

Wont do any harm to curb your intake of histamine containing foods see if it helps.
Incidentally, being a vegan I'm a bit obsessive about nutrition and my hayfever's been bad lately so YMMV! -

I mean I can just about cope, but both my kiddies, 5 years old and 16 months old are suffering too and it’s heartbreaking :(

Survived the whole day, clever me decided to deal with some of the plants in the garden after work. Pulled up some weeds and all the fluff from the neighbours tree that had settled wafted into a cloud clinging to my clothes and everything. It's the quickest I've gone from 0 to everything wrong, ever. 😭

Yeah I have some gardening I want done.
It'll have to wait.

For some reason, after a day indoors, I decided to go for a walk round the riverside meadows in the evening sunshine. Grass is 6’ high. Eyes are now full of stabby pain.

Anyone seen any benefit from local raw honey or is that pure bollocks? I don't get hayfever but my wife gets it bad. Usually she has prescription antihistamines that entirely fix the problem, but she's breastfeeding at the moment and not allowed them. So looking more at the old wives tale end of the spectrum

Thanks. Not an especially scientific dismissal though. I guess there is zero harm in trying some nice raw local honey and possible placebo benefit too
Christ today is a bad day.
