It was absolute shithouse today

Think a drain off tap would be more use here. Had huge one of these once needed antibiotics for some reason. No scratching helps.

Acrivastine

I decided to follow your lead, Cetirizine has made me such a zombie again this year. In classic man-fashion I didn't read the dosage, presuming it was a one-a-day like most others. One very snotty and itchy night and a lesson learned, three-a-day from now on!

Made the mistake of taking my GF's fexofenadine in a moment of desperation the other day and spent the rest of the day feeling chronically depressed. Turns out that's a pretty common side effect so I steer the fuck clear of it generally.
Cetrizine is fine but just need to take a lot of it. -

I've been eating hay fever tablets every day for the past few weeks; up until now they appear to have been doing a great job of preventing sneezes, runny noses and tickley throats.
However, in the past couple of days my eyes have completely fucking dried out and I can't see shit. :(

Woke up this morning convinced my bedroom ceiling was leaking as my face was so wet. No, my nose is just leaking. My eyes are bloodshot, I can't breathe properly without coughing and choking and now my nose is an endless river of snot. I am actually worried about dehydration.

I woke up unable to see anything scrabbling around for the damn eyedrops. I'm going for a walk in the forest later, that's gonna be fun.

Beware South West London if you are prone to allergies:
http://www.forestry.gov.uk/oakprocessionarymoth#outbreak stageNot a major concern on the bike on the road, but if you're going to disturb grass, foliage, etc... i.e. walking, mountain biking... then best to ensure you've taken Benadryl or another cetirizine based anti-histamine before you leave.

I've started popping a pill a day as its the season now.
I've been in the garden this morning and can already feel it creepy in!

Ugh.

I suffered horrendously yesterday, so bad, I'm willing to take the steroid based injection. I can't do it any more.

When I was broken and unable to see the other day Antidotes of this parish recommended Beconase, which I've tried once before and given up on, but apparently if you use it for longer than one day it does actually start working (though I appreciate it probably doesn't work for everyone). Anyway, antidotes' username is apparently appropriate. Give it a go if you haven't, it's slightly traumatic at first if you're not used to sprays but that passes.

My nose is too sensitive. Anything I spray up it causes fits of sneezing back out (x5min).
-
• #422
Beconase is just a bottle of liquified pollen

Doctor's orders - three cetirizine a day. It seems to be working quite well. Opticrom eye drops if I stupidly rub my eyes.
