Hello. I am new.

Can I join you? I am lady with gears normally but beetle about on my ss merrily.

Will have rubbish legs as racing in Abergavenny on Saturday but an excellent sense of direction, so shouldn't get lost if dropped.

Stix is getting a geared bike? thats like putting feathers on a house cat!

Does anyone want to arrange to meet-up for the ride in? I'll be coming in from Herne Hill/Brixton, leaving around 09.30 I guess? I'll probably be on the geared bike since the layer of dust its sporting means its overdue for some use...

@andromache, please join us! either bike is more than welcome! i wouldn't worry about getting dropped, this is gonna be leisurely paced. hope to see you on sunday!

I was going to suggest a souths roll up to the start. I will be leaving the wood of Colliers around 9.15 going through clapham, battersea - over queenstown, then backstreet to Victoria and Buck House - quite a nice little route if anyone wants to join me be at the clapham common end of cedars road around by 9.30 and look for the red spok!

so what's the total now? How far are we from 50 ?

hi everyone, am new to the forum and would love to come along, but will sadly be spending my sunday on Brick Lane looking for my STOLEN, beautiful, 3 day old, royal blue track bike, complete with bosses n nervex lugs, with silver drops n rims and a red stem (wee description just i case you see it around and are able to recover it, for a small recovery fee, obviously, oh, and i don't mind cleaning blood off the frame if needs be). Hope y'all have a stunning day, and if i'm lucky early on i will join.

Save me a spoke card pls Claire (I know you already gave me one, but it wasn't laminated!)

And I wouldn't worry about being new - there'll be so many people there that most of them won't have met before, so it'll just be one big getting-to-know-each-other session. (Not that you implied you were worrying or anything. I'm probably projecting.)

I'm just looking forward to being pounced on at Clapham Common.
