le tour + mac = fail. Well annoying.

So what's the general feeling on how well Armstrong's going to do in the tour overall? 10th was a pretty good start.

he will keep out of trouble, do his bit for the team, and maybe go on one breakaway to give everyone something to talk about before the bunch reel him back.

I think he'll be more concerned with finishing the tour rather than going for glory and breaking himself.

Anyone know of a cyclist friendly pub that might show the tour?

todays finish shows why cavndish really is the king of the sprint. gotta give it too his team too, really organised when they split away one by one to slingshot cavendish

Cav did brilliantly but the the whole team was awesome. That was a true team performance. All nine of them lining up.

I believe I heard on Eurosport (There were quite a few kids running about the house at the time) commentary that they are going to try to get Bradley Wiggins into the Yellow on the team sprint .... Make what you will of that.

He does have a great train with at least 2 world champ tt'ers driving 'em.
I don't think Mick has a chance at GC so they have to go for stage wins.
