Bollocks, the delay sucks. Hopefully this will be the only one and it won;t be an on going thing. Bit of a shame that Charge decided to take care of our friends over the pond before their own scene.

so guess the owner of that bike up there must just like the chopper look, why else would he put a smaller front wheel on it?
The chainring and front wheel are just temporary i think untill new wheel is built (700c)

It may be partly down to Winstanleys aswell... I ordered my Cutter V3 from Winstanleys and at first they said it would be in stock and posted to me in a week, it in the end took over a month, yet they were available on other websites.

Yeah I'd heard mixed stories about them before but the price was too good to refuse and the guy on the phone was really helpful. Wiggle have been saying end February since before xmas so I don't think it will be available anywhere soon.

Winstanley's in long wait and bullshit about stock availability shocker!
US maybe got them 1st coz the slow boat from wherever they're welded up goes there 1st?
Thinking i might order one next time i'm in work. If the trade price is nice enough.
Anyone up on what charge sizes equate to coz these come small, medium and large right?
Im 6'2 and riding a 58cm fuji just now but definatley want something smaller. I'm thinking medium?

You know thinking about it, the Charge Scissor not only make an affordable polo bike that'll take the abuse, but it look like it'd make a nice 29ers (obviously with different fork).

Agree, I would take it straight off road. That is why I am tempted by it, I like trackish bikes off road but the tyre size is compromised so this looks perfect (with the scissor fork). I find MTB frames too long and sloppy.
Will probably buy one if they ever decide to sell them anywhere! Not sure the 29er mtb crowd would be converted, they would go off mumbling about mud clearance, no disk brake mounts etc,.

I know I know. I'm just mad because it's too small for me!

I wish there was a OTP "trick" frame that was available in 60cm or so.

has anyone got hold of the frame or forks yet? i ordered the forks for my cutter from winstanleys and they said it would be the end of the month, i just received this today
This is a courtesy email to inform you of the progress of your order:
Item(s) :Charge Scissor Forks - Colour Options: Black / - we have contacted our suppliers again, and have been informed of a revised delivery date of 15-Feb-2010.lame!
i was quoted by charge that the scissor forks, in both colours would be with them at the end of the month. which will be useful as a van destroyed my forks on monday.
