  • Ooops, big photo. Soz!

  • Anyone know of a lo pro for sale? 54cm seat with either track dropouts or horizontals. cheers

  • that Roberts is tasty! not too keen on bar set up, but as always horses for courses

It's a 70s time trial bike, which is how its setup, and also what I ride it for. I like riding fast, so a narrow set of risers isn't really gonna suit my needs.

  • the saddle is now in a more suitable position, and i've switched the stem out fro a Thomson 90mm.
i've also put a black half-link chain on it to get the rear wheel right up against the seat tube. (and get rid of the horrible silver master link!)

  • i love that Roberts, i've seen it around a few times.

    fair play...its a sweet bike!

  • This thread makes me want a Lo Pro even more Lust....I may just have to factor in the price of a new whip to the inevitable consolidation loan that is breathing down my neck....hmmmm.....

Ha! Nice one Andy. Can't wait to see you riding this beast!

Not sure how lo pro is defined, but my Harry has a 30mm drop on the top tube - enough to qualify for a lo pro ride?

  • this was my old Fort AKA the rustbucket..... it only had a slight slope on the TT, i think it counts as a lo pro!
originally belonged to Sano, and now in the hands of 4thasassin.

  • Copenhagen LoPro on the cheap...

I really should do a new photo of it.... (oh, and I know, non drive-side photo fail)

  • Just won this on fleabay:

Got an Eno rear wheel and all the bits but a front (gonna put a narrow MTB in there).
    Will post again when finished.

  • Is it only classed as a 'lo pro' if the TT slopes?

  • look at the seat tube, base on that, I guess it is a lo-pro since that allowed you to able to extend the seatpost even more, also front's 650, rear's 700.

  • Yea i thought it was the seat tube, was just wondering if this would be classed as a 'lo pro' as apposed to a tt frame.

  • I think the classification of a lo-pro is due to the wheel size more than the top tube.

  • Something that is meant for 650 front instead of sticking a 650 on any frame.

  • pretty much since a 700c 'lo pro' is basically a normal frame with a sloped top tube.

  • I think the classification of a lo-pro is due to the wheel size more than the top tube.

I think it means the top of the head tube is at a relatively low height.

  • Lo pros, also good to ride beside the seaside :)

very much still WIP - needs brooks chopping, longer seatpost, front wheel rebuilding as a clincher and some single chainring bolts fitting

oh yeah - and it needs repainting due to the flamethrower seatpost removal by Argos :)

  • Nice!

  • just got this. will post pics of it when built up. need money for parts now...
