Yep, I have found that I can remember a number plate by looking at it once. If I keep repeating it to myself. But to remember it long term, I need to write it down

Two different memory mechanisms. I did a huge psych profile once to find out why I was rubbish at school (exec summary: dyspraxia in one of its many forms) and was amazed to find out that I'm very, very good at a test involving repeating a string of random numbers, heard once, backwards. Sadly, to make up for this extremely handy skill, I have a 2D visual memory in the fourth percentile :-(

Do they have a 2009 design, or are they still on 2008? If so ha ha, must be expensive re-branding your minis every year. Still, 2010 WAC mini sounds good!

i want a phone/MP3 player that works as a dictaphone. a simple button push and you can record your voice.. it would be a winner. Digital Dictaphones are damn pricey

I never realised this Foxtons Mini woman had a reputation until someone just mentioned the bob haircut just when I was trying to remember the description of the mini driver who nearly took me out approaching Worship St a few weeks ago. I dont think she knew I was there .
